Preparing for Your First Visit
We recommend downloading and completing our new patient forms in advance to maximize your initial consultation. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment or 30 minutes if the forms need to be completed on-site. Remember to bring your insurance card and any recent medical records or imaging.
Your In-Depth First Appointment
Your first visit allows us to fully understand your health concerns and goals. This 60-minute session includes a warm welcome from our friendly staff, a review of your medical history and current symptoms, and a thorough examination by Dr. Mitchell. We’ll discuss our findings, recommend a treatment plan, and, if appropriate, provide your first adjustment.
Targeted Follow-Up Care Specifically for You
Subsequent visits are focused on implementing your personalized treatment plan. These appointments typically last 10-15 minutes and may include adjustments, soft tissue work, and progress evaluations.
